In a sign of the size of the sector and money to be made, 15 security firms have tendered to provide guard services for the National Sports Commission.

The fifteen companies are:

RK’s Guyana Security Services

Sheriff Security Inc

Radar Security Service & Supplies

Amalgamated Security Services

Maximatic Security Service

Atlas Security Services Inc

The bids were opened on June 11 and they range from $236m from Centaur to $68.5m to L.A. Security Solutions Inc.
