Golfers across two handicap groups will have their own prizes to play for when Bruster’s Real Ice Cream stages its annual tournament at the Lusignan Golf Club on Monday, November 9.

The competition will use the Stableford points format, with local and overseas golfers expected on the course. Play begins at 8:30 a.m., and participants are encouraged to arrive early.

Players with handicaps of 0–15 will compete for prizes in A Flight, while those with handicaps of 16–28 will contest B Flight. The top finisher in each flight will receive a voucher for a half-gallon of Bruster’s ice cream. Both runners-up will receive vouchers for a pint.

There is $65,000 in cash on offer across the top three overall places. The champion will earn $30,000 and have their name engraved on the Bruster’s Cup. Second place is worth $20,000 and third place carries G$15,000. An eight-inch ice cream cake will go to the player with the best gross score.

Bruster’s has supported the Lusignan Golf Club for six years. The club credited the company, led by director Paton George, for backing local golf and supporting events that bring people together.
