ANSA to help train GCCI members on export readiness

ANSA McAL Distribution Inc is to help train members of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI0 with export readiness.

On June 24, President of the GCCI, Kathy Smith; Senior Vice President, Gavin Ramsoondar; Past President, Kester Hutson, and Executive Member, Delmar Walcott met with ANSA McAL Distribution Inc., General Manager, Padma De Lima, and discussed potential areas of partnership with regards to the Chamber’s goals for capacity building of members.

A release from GCCI said that the two parties committed to host an export readiness workshop to equip members to export to markets in which the company operates. They also examined the possibility of ANSA McAL considering the implementation of a daycare initiative within the organisation for employees, in keeping with the programme launched by the GCCI and the Ministry of Human Services and Social Security.

The Chamber is committed to collaborating with members in order to advance the business landscape in Guyana.
