Guyana trounces Dominica 8-1 in Concacaf Nations League

Omari Glasgow

Guyana yesterday trounced Dominica 8-1 in the Concacaf Nations League.

According to ESPN there were two goals each for Omari Glasgow, Deon Moore and Elliott Bonds. Curtez Kellman and Enoch George scored one apiece.

The lone goal for Dominica came from Reon Cuffy.

This comprehensive win puts Guyana in a position to move forward in the tournament.

Winning the group would earn Guyana automatic promotion to League A and direct qualification for the 2027 Concacaf Gold Cup, allowing the Golden Jaguars to avoid the multi-team Play-In route.
