A prefabricated culvert is being installed at Burnham Drive, Wismar, according to the Ministry of Public Works.

It said that this modern drainage structure is a vital component of the ongoing works. With the replacement of the previous culvert with high-quality prefab components, the project aims to guarantee the long-term structural integrity, durability, and resilience of this vital thoroughfare, the ministry said in a release.

The structural upgrade along Burnham Drive forms part of the wider, continuous commitment by the Ministry to modernise transport networks, improve road safety, and facilitate  economic activity and easier daily commutes for the residents of Linden.

Residents, commuters, and motorists traversing the Burnham Drive corridor have been asked to exercise extra caution.
