Police are investigating the murder of 33-year-old businessman Godfrey Gill, also known as “Chucky”, at Mowasie Landing, Region Eight, on Thursday.
Gill, of Mowasie Backdam, was reportedly near a shop when a loud explosion was heard. He was subsequently found lying motionless on the ground and an alarm was raised.
Police ranks were up to yesterday travelling to the location to conduct investigations. No arrest has been made.
