A 22-year-old Beterverwagting Housing Scheme man was yesterday sentenced to 18 months in prison after pleading guilty to robbery under arms.
Police said Floyd Wade, a mason, appeared before Magistrate Rhondell Weever at the Wales Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was read to him.
Wade, who was arrested on September 1, admitted to the offence and was subsequently sentenced.
