Justice Gino Persaud today ruled that the GRA cannot seize the Ferrari and Rolls-Royce motor vehicles belonging to two sisters of Azruddin Mohamed: Bibi Mohamed and Hana Mohamed.
The judge further rule that the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) cannot recover the additional taxes it had claimed were owed on those vehicles. More details on this story later.
