A memorial service is to be held on Wednesday, September 30th at the Brickdam Cathedral at 1.30 PM for the late poet, author, columnist and GuySuCo executive, Dr Ian McDonald.
McDonald, considered to be the quintessential Caribbean man, passed away at the age of 93 in Canada.
A funeral was held in Toronto on July 29th and his cremated remains have been brought back to Guyana.
